Terms of Service
By creating an account or using bookyour.hair, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
What bookyour.hair is
bookyour.hair is a software service that lets independent hairstylists and beauty professionals create a public booking page, accept appointments, and collect payments through Stripe. We are not a marketplace, a booking directory, or an employer. We provide tools; you run your business.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your page and for all activity that happens through your account. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.
Payments and fees
bookyour.hair charges a flat monthly subscription fee. Stripe charges a processing fee on each transaction (2.9% + 30¢ for most cards). bookyour.hair takes no commission on bookings. Subscriptions are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds
Subscription fees are non-refundable. If a client requests a refund for a booking, that is between you and your client — you handle refunds through your dashboard, and Stripe processes them. bookyour.hair is not a party to that transaction.
Acceptable use
You may not use bookyour.hair for anything illegal, deceptive, or harmful. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, post false information, or engage in fraud — without prior notice if the situation warrants it.
Intellectual property
You own the content you post (photos, descriptions, service names). By posting it, you give us a limited license to display it as part of running the service. We own the platform, the code, and the bookyour.hair name and logo.
Disclaimers and limits of liability
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uptime, and we are not liable for lost bookings, lost revenue, or any indirect damages. Our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Trademarks
bookyour.hair is not affiliated with GlossGenius, Vagaro, Fresha, Linktree, or any other platform referenced on this site. All third-party trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for descriptive purposes only.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
